Brisbane

The once abandoned Moreton Bay area in Queensland was opened to free settlers in 1842. Over the many years that followed, with its agriculture capacity and mineral resources, the settlement would gradually into the city of Brisbane as we know it today.

Home to a growing population of just under 2 million who enjoy a modern and cosmopolitan lifestyle, Brisbane is now the third-largest city in Australia.

A bustling tourist industry welcomes thousands of visitors to Brisbane yearly to enjoy the year-round excellent weather and the many holiday destinations which are just a short drive away.
