Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary features a wide array of native wildlife in their natural bushland and rainforest habitats and boasts over a hundred different species of mammals, reptiles and birds on display here. Various activities are available including the Wildnight Adventure where visitors can get close to the sanctuary's nocturnal animals or be entertained by local indigenous dance and music; the Behind The Scenes Tour of the sanctuary's rarely-seen areas; carnivals for kids during the school holidays and the Farmer's Market where a range of local food and produce can be sampled. Animal shows are also scheduled regularly throughout the day where visitors can learn about animals such as snakes, crocodiles and birds or watch or take part in the feeding of kangaroos and lorikeets.
